Terms of Service
Last updated 12 August 2026
These Terms govern your use of OnGo Invoice (the “Service”), a Ground Control product operated from Malaysia. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who may use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the Service for a business or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for it.
2. Your account
Provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity in your account and must tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. What the Service does
OnGo Invoice helps you prepare, manage and share business documents such as invoices, quotations and receipts. Features may change as we improve the product. We will give reasonable notice when a material change significantly affects your use.
4. Your data and documents
You keep ownership of the information and content you enter. You give us the limited permission needed to host, process, back up and display that content so we can provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use customer information and other content you upload.
5. Review before sending
Smart Create and AI-assisted features may misunderstand an instruction or produce incomplete information. You must review customer names, items, prices, discounts, taxes, dates, payment details and totals before issuing a document. You remain responsible for every document you approve and send.
6. Not accounting, tax or legal advice
The Service is a workflow tool and does not provide accounting, tax or legal advice. It does not submit documents to LHDN MyInvois, IRAS or another authority unless a feature expressly says it does. You are responsible for your records, tax treatment and regulatory obligations.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, distribute harmful software, send deceptive or abusive documents, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the Service, or use automated methods that place an unreasonable load on it.
8. Plans, payments and cancellation
Prices, plan limits and billing periods will be shown before you purchase. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel future renewal at any time; access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
9. Third-party services
Some features depend on third-party services, such as hosting, payment, email or AI providers. Their availability and separate terms may affect those features. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
10. Availability and backups
We aim to keep the Service reliable, but we cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Keep copies of documents you must retain for business, tax or legal purposes.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated breaches, unlawful use, security risks or unpaid fees. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to export your data. Some information may be retained where required by law or in limited backup cycles.
12. Intellectual property
OnGo Invoice, including its software, design, branding and documentation, belongs to Ground Control or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your account remains active.
13. Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and we exclude implied warranties that may lawfully be excluded. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profits or lost business data. Our total liability relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of RM100 or the fees you paid for the Service during the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We will post the revised version here and provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continuing to use the Service after the new terms take effect means you accept them.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive.
